Royals vs Pharaohs II
The rematch is amongst us! The Las Vegas Royals look to keep the crown as the BEST ABA TEAM in Las Vegas as they prepare for a rematch against the Nevada Pharaohs.
The November 17th matchup saw the Royals defeat the Pharaohs 105-98. Dominique Watson led the way for Royals with 29 points, and was named player of the game. Watson says the Pharaohs have “no shot” in the rematch and the Royals will cruise to a victory in the rematch.
Although the Royals came away with a victory, some of the Pharaoh players believed the game was their’s to win. Star player Gerad Davis believes if he would have played the final 5 minutes of game 1 then the outcome would have been different.
Some players on both sides are calling it a rivalry, while others are not. Royals player Dartavious Young is confident his team will come out on top again but says playing the Pharaohs is like “playing against your best friend.” Young had 17 points, 6 rebounds, 2 blocks and a highlight dunk in the first match.
So who will come out on top?
